Its a sad news that PKI will no longer operates or will be close down. As my previous warning that PKI will not last long and it did happen.
The down statement came from the so called forum(facebook page no actual forum).

Its been a good 4 months of enjoyment playing Pirate King International. From it's wonderful One Piece storyline to its exciting gameplay have brought challenges to a lot of gamers around the world.
But all good things comes to an end. It is with heavy heart to inform you that we will cease the service of Pirate King International on November 25, 2013. Sadly, our co-publishing partner in developing this game didn't meet our expectations and standard in terms of game support. Thus, leaving us no choice but to terminate the license.
The server will be shutdown and players will no longer be able to log in to the game. The website will be closed to players as well. We advise all players to use their remaining gold immediately. Furthermore, Account creation and Allocation will be closed on the same date as well.
We would like to inform you that our sister partner Cubizone have prepared migration packages for those who would like to try Final Combat which will be applicable to all. You may fill out the form on this link in order to avail our packages:

So from my point of view Cubizone is their sister partner. So its up to you guys if you still want to play games which has mark or run by Cubizone. And still why do players need to fill up that google docs if they can just migrate all the accounts.
